The staff was very polite and very quick to serve. I was greeted and helped soon as I walked in. The nurse that helped me made me feel important and aided me through out the process. For that thank you and I highly recommend this place!

We scheduled an appointment with ARCpoint for our TSA Precheck fingerprinting, and we were extremely satisfied with the customer service. The staff was quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. During our visit, we noticed that they provide a variety of additional services that could be useful down the line. We highly recommend them!

We were warmly greeted and were able to keep our appointment time even though we were a little late in arriving. The person assisting us with our TSA Pre-Check appointment took care of us quickly and professionally and patiently answered out questions. Very satisfied with our experience there. Highly recommend them.

The young lady that assisted me was great. She kept me updated and was very customer oriented.
I gave a 4 because the system was down and kept going in and out. It took over 2 hours to get the process done.

I know these young ladies come from good homes. They gave me the customer service that we used to have. They had the business hours on the door and lunch hour as well, I walked in during their lunch hour which was an hour before I was supposed to be there and they got me in and out on their own time. I think I’m going to go buy them lunch as a thank you to them.
