You open the door and step into a dark room, candles lie scattered providing a warm glow while a spotlight shines on the countertop. There the master waves a fan like a baton preparing the absolutely best highballs I’ve had. Fine carbonation that tickles the throat in a display of craftsmanship belaying the amount of research and effort in the pursuit of three ingredient cocktail.

There’s a 1000yen cover charge.

銀座の路地裏にひっそりと佇む『APOLLO BAR GINZA』。一歩足を踏み入れると、都会の喧騒を忘れさせるスタイリッシュで落ち着いた空間が広がります。

今回はハイボールをいただきましたが、一口飲んでそのクオリティの高さに驚きました。ウイスキーの深い香りとスッキリした炭酸のバランスが絶妙で、シンプルながら洗練された味わい。上質なグラスに注がれた黄金色の液体が、バーの雰囲気と見事にマッチしていました。

カウンター越しに見えるバーテンダーさんの所作はとても美しく、視覚的にも楽しめるのがこのお店の魅力。気さくな接客も心地よく、おひとりさまでも気軽に訪れられる雰囲気が嬉しいポイントです。

銀座でちょっと一息つきたいときや、大切な人との特別な時間を過ごしたいときにぴったりのお店。次回はカクテルやおつまみも試してみたいと思います！

A totally amazing little bar. The owner takes so much pride in making every drink. The tonic is fresh and home made. It makes the G&Ts just that little more unique. Do yourself a favour and stop in for a cocktail or the amazing assortment of whiskys on offer. So good we came back!

The drinks here is special. The owner use particular lemon and soda to make cocktails. The owner is friendly and helpful. He can communicate with customers in English and use google translate to help our communication. Better go around 5pm to enjoy the less customer.
There is also a variety of whiskey.

Great quiet, sophisticated, and dark atmosphere. Good selection of whiskey and well-made cocktails. Did not have any food. Great place to relax and think with a drink but surely a date night spot for the companion who loves good drinks. A must visit in Ginza.

Very cool bar in Ginza, they have a very large selection of whiskeys, the bartender was very kind and helpful, the place is a smoking zone but it was not crowded when we went, so the ventilation was more than enough. The music and mood was calming, overall it was a unique experience for us in Tokyo.

マスターの人柄が溢れている店内。
暗い…と言われる方も居るようですか、それぞれのお店の特徴で楽しまれるのが良いと思います。

Apollo has a fantastic vibe that only seats a dozen or so, with great house snacks complimenting the whiskey.

Coolest feature: When the bartender makes your drink, a spotlight turns on to highlight the glass.
