Went in to see trainer Nick Andrade about some knee pain I was experiencing from work. Nick assessed me that day and worked with me for a few sessions and that’s all it took. I don’t know how he figured out what was going on but he had me feeling 100% pain free in just a few sessions! Strongly recommended Nick, he’s incredibly educated when it comes to how the body works!

I walked into Anatomy about 18 months ago. Overweight, embarrassed, nervous and anxious. I had let myself go, physically and emotionally, and a beautiful friend of mine recommended one of the trainers that was there at the time. (Laura, I still love you the most!)

Fast forward to today. I am reaching goals that I never thought possible. I have a sense of community there that is unmatched anywhere else. The trainers there all have a positive word to say, a compliment to give if the situation merits it, or even some guidance and suggestion when that's appropriate. They care, and not just because it's their business to care, but because they're human, and we're all going through this human experience together.

My person trainer, Nick Andrade, has me doing things and believing in myself like I never have before. Nick and I are doing great things together, and I plan on continuing for a long time coming. It's not just the reps and sets that are a topic of conversation though. We talk about overall mental health, relationships, business goals, life etc... It's really training the body, mind and spirit all at the same time.

These people have all become like family to me. Kevin, Nick, Craig, Leo and anyone else I left out. (lol) I wish I could give this place 500 stars.

Great place! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean, and not a ton of people there at one time. I feel really comfortable working out here...especially during these covid / trying times.
