yeah, Adam is the one that came out did to work. He was very thorough. Explained everything. Before doing it. Explained his process as he was doing. It showed some of his findings in the vent. There was toys, carpet hair, all kinds of goodies in there very happy very much trust this person and this company.

I have an Air BNB and they were very flexible with there schedule and worked around when we had nobody staying at the place. Great experience! Russ and his team were so professional from start to finish! The scheduler, I believe her name was Cassie, was soo kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Amazing results, found all sorts of goodies in my ducts from a beer can to cigarette buds. 🤮 I now realize the importance of 1) getting your ducts cleaned on new builds & 2) scheduled cleanings every 3-5 years.

Service was amazing! Fresh Ducts was suggested by our furnace company and I'm grateful we listened! The employ showed up right on time, explained what he would be doing and how much it would cost. When he was finished he explained what he found and made sure my furnace worked before he left. The employee stated it would take 1.5 to 3 hours to complete, he was done in 2 hours. My only suggestion is that you don't have your ducts cleaned in the winter because they have to shut off the furnace and had to leave my front door ajar to get the large tube down to my furnace so it was cold in the house. We had our fireplace going to keep us warm so schedule your appointments when the weather is warmer!

Skylar from fresh ducts came promptly to my home and helped us out with cleaning our vent to our dryer inside and out. He was incredible to work with, kind and courteous and also showed compassion about our situation. Our home almost caught on fire because of our dryer and the build up of lint. We hired Fresh Ducts to clean the ductwork for family members who had just bought an existing home. They gave us an estimate ahead of time. And the cost was reasonable, too. The tech arrived on-time, explained the procedure, and went to work. After the ducts were cleaned, we even got BEFORE & AFTER pictures to show the difference. Fresh Ducts was fantastic! Included pictures show junk that was pulled out of vents before official cleaning began.

Had Russ come out and do the free duct inspection to look for obstructions in our ducts because our AC was not working properly. He was so honest and quick and was able to ensure us airflow from ducts was not a problem. He also was able to diagnose a probable cause of obstruction on the AC unit in itself. You do not see such stand up work and honesty like this guy. Had our HVAC specialist out that same day and indeed he was correct. He saved us a ton of money and hassle. These guys are wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
