Me alegra haber encontrado al Dr. Kingston y su staff. Al entrar a una oficina de médicos y ser saludado con una sonrisa y amabilidad es algo que encontrar en estos días es poco común.
Todo el personal que trabaja allí es paciente, amable y Ayudar. El Dr. Kingston es un médico que realmente escucha y toma el tiempo para hablar con sus pacientes.

I am so grateful and happy I found Dr Kingston and his staff. Walking into a doctor’s office and to be greeted with a smile and kindness is hard to find these days. Everyone that works there is so patient, kind and helpful. Dr Kingston is a doctor that actually listens and takes his time.
I haven’t had a doctor and a whole staff I can trust in a very, very long time. If your looking for a new PCP look no further.

This place USE To Be Decent YEARS ago. For the past 3-5 years it has turned into a Toilet Bowl. No exaggeration. The only reason ANYONE would come here is because its close to home. But you still have to wait 1 hour+ even when there's no one else in the place but you!!! But now after my last visit. No More. Place is disgusting, filty, [BATHROOM is the worst] and all they do is push BLOOD WORK, even if your there for a CUT, COLD, Sprain, Back pain, Headache, Toothache, YOU NEED BLOOD WORK. Insane. I wouldn't trust them with a prescription for Advils. Stay Away.

I got an appt quickly. The staff is kind and efficient. The office is old and not terribly clean, I waited over an hour and the PA I saw was a bit overwhelmed by my medical history. I got the impression he didn't want to be there and he didn't believe a word I said. I Won't be going back!

Dr.Kingston is incredible, best pcp i’ve ever had. He is incredibly thorough and has great bedside manner, Staff is generally good with patients. Wait times can be a little long, but in my opinion if you’re seeing Dr.Kingston its highly worth it.

When making an appointment request Stephen!! He is the best! Very patient and he actually listens to his patients needs and concerns. I have been a patient of his for over a year now and I will never see anyone else but him. Stephen, you are amazing!! I love it when he comes into the exam room and he says hello how are you today? And I'll say I'm ok how are you? His response every time without fail is I'm good but it's about you today 😂

I hate to have to change my review but up until the past year or so things were great with the front staff. About a year ago things changed. Doctor informed front desk to let me know I had a raised d-dimer as I’m prone to blood clots and was waiting to see if I needed to go to the hospital. I never got a call 7 days later they finally had results and they told me it was good, over 2 months later I went into see my doctor who is incredible (Dr Kingston) and he was very surprised in hearing that I was unaware of my results. Also lost 2 weeks of home-care due to them not sending paperwork to insurance company. They also lost paperwork when I went to I for copies more recently they didn’t have it so I had to call my insurance company to get a copy of it. I just went in a few days ago and I’m hoping with the new staff change things will be different. I did see an improvement as leaving they were very prompt and on top of faxing stuff and giving me copies of what I need. So I’m appreciative of that.

Dr Onal is wonderful but the girls in this office are horrible. I have been trying to call there all day and they keep picking the phone up and hanging it up or they pick up and don't even say hello. They just say please hold and put you on hold and never answer. It is always an issue when I have to get in touch with the office. I have to get in my car and physically drive there just to get my blood work results. They used to actually call you and tell you your results but the last few times I have to physically go in and get the results because no one calls and no one will pick up the phone! Very inconvenient.

Dr. King is a great doctor, he listen to my concerns,we discuss my option. I do agree with the other reviews, the girls in the office are rude, it seems that they need to hire an office manager and get the staff to understand patience, the entire office needs a do over it seems deary, chose different paint colors and put some enjoyable art work in the waiting rooms,
