Excelente restaurante de sushi, es verdad que es nuestra primera noche en Tokio pero nos ha parecido suculento, los camareros/cocineros encantadores y lleno de locales. Muy recomendable 👌🏼

Probablemente el mejor sushi que he probado nunca, nuestro chef era muy amable y hablaba un poco de español, los camareros eran muy atentos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
Cada sushi era una explosión de sabor en nuestras bocas, exquisito, maravilloso y nos gastamos 15-18 euros por persona más o menos por un gran sushi de calidad. Vale muchísimo la pena.

I loved this place. The hospitality was exceptional and the sushi fresh and delicious. There was an English menu that made it easy to order. It was perfect if you just wanted excellent sushi or sashimi. They went out of the way to be welcoming. I didn't see any rolls on the menu but that was OK with me.

OH MY GOSH!!!! The best for Uni lover ever!! If you look for a conveyor belt sushi, I suggest you to stop by this place instead. It’s on B floor opposite to Coco Ichiban.

If you are looking for a place to eat uni at CHEAP, stop by this place. Uni is creamy and sweet! The chef is so nice and friendly.

The price is just right! I wish next time I come, they will still be here. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT 🥰❤️. Worth every penny. I ate like 10 uni myself. Other sushi is good too. My next fav is shrimp and hotate.

The restaurant has a beautiful traditional setup with wooden interiors, classic counter seating, and an authentic standing sushi bar atmosphere. This is precisely why we chose to visit. However, despite this being a standing sushi restaurant designed for counter interaction, we were seated in a empty booth instead. We saw the counter setup - with its direct view of the sushi preparation and display case - and we requested to move there but were denied by management. While the food quality was great, missing out on the counter experience in such a traditionally designed space was disappointing. If you're interested in visiting, be sure to specifically request counter seating immediately upon arrival, as that's really where the authentic experience lies.

Good quality & reasonably priced sushi. Foreigner friendly place with clear English menu plus instructions how to order & ask for the bill. Staff was attentive and friendly. I had a stool to sit on despite the place being called 'standing sushi bar'. Sushi is prepared and served in front of you. A wonderful way to experience an authentic sushi bar in Shinjuku.

My husband and I stumbled upon this sushi bar on our search for lighter lunch fare and were so, so happy to have found Standing Sushi bar! We sat at the sushi counter and our sushi chef was the kindest elderly gentleman. We speak minimal Japanese but our efforts to communicate in broken Japanese were very welcomed. The sushi was delicious, and an absolute price performer -- especially if you are a fan of Uni! I have also never seen Natto in sushi before and tried that here for the first time. I would absolutely come here again. We arrived for a late lunch (1:30 or so) and the place was quite busy the entire time we were there so if you come, be prepared that you may have to wait a bit for a seat.
