Owners decided to double the rent with absolutely no improvements and apartments are already extremely outdated and overpriced as it is. After move in, (January 2024) not one thing that was supposed to be repaired /replaced got done. Every person in the office is rude, judgmental, and disrespectful. Tenants that have been here longer will watch and report every single little thing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend moving here.

I really like the apartments, I've live in three different units I've moved out and moved back in. I don't bother anyone and they don't bother me, it's very peaceful. Overall the staff is great especially Alexis she's very great with helping with your every need when it comes to filling out paperwork and making sure you understand what you're doing. The guys are also good with all work orders.

Great staff

I have lived here since the beginning of May and I love my home! When I have any issues they are always on top of it! Office ladies are so genuinely nice and maintenance men are always on the move to get their work done. Definitely recommend!

"We were moved into an apartment with mold that was previously reported by tenants who had lived there prior to me. The apartment complex hired their own company to do mold testing and it is no surprise to me that they said there was no mold at all. Because my family became extremely sick and my child began having multiple seizures every day, I had to hire a reputable company to do testing. Blood from our noses, coughing up blood, swollen lymph nodes, headaches/migraines, vomiting, sickness, night sweats, nerve pain especially in legs, skin rashes, fatigue, anxiety, weight gain and more. The lady in the apartment above me ended up in the hospital multiple times and the lady in the apartment next to me had breathing issues and required hospital visits as well. The apartment was tested and has many different types of mold including Cladosporium, Aspergillus Penicillium and Stachybotrys BLACK MOLD which are all toxic molds. I reported that they had a duty to properly remediate the mold according to the EPA standards on the report, but most likely that did not happen. From what I have heard people who have moved in do not stay long because of how sick they get there. I do not recommend living here and if you are living here and have any symptoms related to mold illness, it is probable that your apartment has mold too.

Additionally, the apartment was full of roach bugs even though they spray. If you know anything about bugs they are drawn to moisture. There were many times that the humidity was over 60 and I had two full-sized dehumidifiers trying to keep the humidity under control. I later found out that there was a major leak from upstairs at one time which I am sure contributed to this problem and I know that all surrounding apartments have been affected. Mold was tested to be in the HVAC system so it is circulating in the air conditioning system throughout the whole apartment. Testing also determined that they are not performing routine plumbing/HVAC maintenance.

Additionally, I discovered a bathroom leak and I reported it multiple times. I eventually had to report it to the "corporate office" and the workers finally came out to work on it 3 months after I initially reported it. It was never finished when I left so at that point it appeared that they weren't expecting me to be there much longer. Leaks have to be repaired within 48 hours to prevent mold growth. They replaced some of the sheetrock in the ceiling and mudded it, but it started to bubble shortly after indicating that the leak wasn't fixed/they didn't let it properly dry before replacing the sheetrock.

If you are reporting issues that are not handled in a more timely matter, I suggest you reach out to Tenant Relations."

Rude staff, don't fix anything, racially biased, doesn't do anything. Not sure why they're even here. Pool never opens, it takes years for maintenance to come and fix things. Nice townhouses, but that is it. Don't care for the neighbors either, always the smell of weed and loud music to rattle your house while you're trying to sleep at 10 at night. Office is closed, you have to schedule just to come in. And even then, you don't, they come to the door. Truly needs new staff, pathetic.
