Pésimo servicio nunca contestan las llamadas, y son varias veces que una chica hispana es grosera, termina de atender y ya te dice que te salgas te manda al hospital del enfrente esperar, en mi vaso así ha Sido espero que mejoren su servicio

very disrespectful and unprofessional.
i mentioned i didn’t feel comfortable giving my baby gerber due to the ongoing lawsuit ( & personal preference) and i was asked if i was vegan (even after i said it was a personal preference) and was told if i eat processed foods and dyes too what’s the problem with giving my baby food that’s processed and dyed. she even had the nerve to say “wic wouldn’t exist if the food wasn’t safe” okay? i’m not sure how that relates to my PERSONAL preference.
I also called today because i was confused on what my benefits are and instead of answering my very direct question, “do i receive produce still?” she just kept saying over and over, “where are you getting table food from ? you don’t get anything only the baby”
once i started giving her the same attitude back that’s when she answered my question and told me that my baby only receives gerber and formula. i don’t know if it’s because im young but no person should be shamed or treated differently based on personal preference or their age.

The front desk lady named Lydia, RUDE! This person shouldn’t work there. She schedule me a canceled appointment and when I arrived she acted clueless. She waisted my time! If I could I would give 0 stars

The young Hispanic lady with dark long hair is extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a manger they do not have one on site as I was told they are “remodeling” I have missed my appointment to not deal with this person. I am rescheduling and hoping for a better outcome the next visit. If no change I will be back to make another review and so fourth. Some ladies don’t need to work these types of jobs! Working with moms and moms to be with someone at your front desk representing this office is unbelievably unprofessional and not healthy.

Lady at the front has the worst attitude. She had very smart remarks about a couple things that I told her. She’s ignorant and shouldn’t be there if it’s not to help those who are in need.

The person at the front desk is ignorant, and a liar. She seems to think everyone is stupid, and she can treat people however she feels. I went twice to this location, and she admittedly didn't put in the right information for me on purpose. She also assumed my social security number was fake because it didn't start with a 3. We weren't all born in Illinois. On top of, everything I had said to her (mind you I'm always very polite) was met with a combative attitude. So she lied to me about information, and I still have not gotten any help, even though I qualify for it. She is turning away people in need, because this job seems to be the only place where she has power. It's absolutely disgusting that a person like that gets to work with the public, and still be openly bigoted.
