I love my apartment and neighbors, but Bronx Pro removed all laundry facilities without notice and have been unresponsive when asked for a repairs timeline. The building is preparing to act accordingly.

After filling out the application and taking it in person they emailed me within 2 weeks to bring in documents to further my application, so now I’m waiting for a response back. my 5 star was for a quick response after taking my application to the office, I’m looking forward to having my own apartment

If I can give a zero star I would . These organization is the most unorganized and racist I have ever experienced in my stay in the United States 🇺🇸. Since I moved in , I have not bothered them with any repairs for 3 years. In my fourth year staying there I requested my bathtub be fixed but they came and inspected the bathroom and left it while I have an expose pipe with a newborn baby. In addition the bathroom was also leaking and had molds but they never took my seriously. Other tenets have the same issue of leaking and their matters were resolved swiftly except mine. Every time they come to my apartment, all they do is take pictures of the problem and give me flimsy excuses but no resolve. These people should be strip of their real estate license. Shame on you Bronx pro group for making my life a living hell.

We’re in the middle of winter. A month ago, I asked to have the window in my elderly’s mother apartment fixed. Last month, the weather was in the single digits. This weekend, the weather will also be in the single digits. The issue still persists. This is how they care about their tenants. They only care about rent. If your apartment needs fixing, pay a super from another building (like we have done on multiple occasions). I have to pay another super again to install grab bars in the bathroom. NYCHA management is much better than this.

I live in one of the sites and I wouldn't recommend. Very unprofessional, an example: You speak to someone about fixing something and if you owe anything that's what they call to talk about. Never getting an end result other than frustration and being very annoyed.

Not a good experience at all from the very first day I moved my furniture into the apartment leaking ceilings in bathroom. Neighbors from hell, packages stolen from mailbox, loud music ppl hanging out in front all hours of the night and barbque on the side walk in front of building. You cant even enter the building, ppl sitting blocking entrance get offended when you say excuse me.

I have lived in these apartments for over 20 years and there is no management. In fact I had to call the commission of human rights about the noisy tenants above me and my next door neighbor. I have to do an order to show cause to take them to court. These people all they do is collect rent and don't care about tenants with 70 year old elderly mother like myself. by far the worse company to be looking apartments. skip it
