I LOVE this location!! Mostly because of the staff, especially Helena, she’s always helpful, professional, and lovely to talk to. You wouldn’t think you’d get a great experience just getting a vape, but Helena makes every visit fun.

I’ve been going here for a year consistently now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone in the store is professional, helpful, and just really nice. They’re all super patient with questions and my slow decision making lol. They give full attention to each of their costumers and Mark is there all the time and he is especially helpful! I’d recommend to anyone that asked!

Alyssa is awesome ,I just left planet of the vapes ,I have Been vaping for years ,I go to two places ,I'm on first name basic with them ,and they have never ever explained anything ,period ,they just take ur money and that is it .Alyssa went into every tiny detail about about the $80 products ,that I did not want too spend 😂 she knows her stuff so well ,I'm switching from where I go ,to planet of the vapes....Tell her thanks so much

Bought some gummies while on a visit home and when I got back to Cali I realized that I was sold dry, old, and hard gummies that you can’t even chew. I guess Ohio doesn’t require stores to sell CBD products labeled with a manufacturing, packaging, and best by date. I am thoroughly pissed.
