They need some serious help here! They have very few employees here! I caught two buses,this past Saturday, which is not my preference bc the buses only run once an hr. Compared to every 30 minutes on weekdays. Got there by 2pm and they were closed. With a sign on door saying they were short staffed. I feel like they should of at least sent a notification to my email and app. Then I went yesterday, Monday, and they had only one person sticking.

Just came back after taking a break for a year, center was really clean and efficient. Staff was pleasant and professional, even on the busiest of days. Serina was amazing in getting me through the new donor process as well. It was a really great experience, my thanks to the wonderful staff at this location.

Kind, caring and clean! This place changed my mind on donating! We live in Akron, we risked the 30 minute drive for a different experience. They definitely have smaller needles, quicker turn over and MUCH better attitudes! The picture with Iodized circle is this location. Will be returning to THIS location for every donation from here out! Thank you for the good service!

I had a scheduled appointment at 12pm. LORI was doing intake and she said "I'm not taking anymore people this morning". I told her I had a noon appointment scheduled and she said she is not taking any more. And told me to come back in a couple of hours. I sat there for a couple of minutes and went to ask another technician I recognized what to do. Eventually, I found the shift supervisor and at 1251 he finally checked my account. 15 mi uses later Lori decided to come from an office to assist. She was totally unprofessional and unpleasant!

Ok place. Employees don’t like their job. If you’re coming after 4-5pm. Get ready to hear a lot of under the breath shit talking about you coming in “late”. They take their sweet time getting to the next donor. Even when it’s only a couple left. They laugh and talk to each other when they could’ve been done. I can keep going but I’ve said enough.

First time going to donate today. Very clean facility, friendly staff. The process was only a few hours. I love witnessing the staff cleaning after each patient area after donation. Hilda was very sweet and informative. I will definitely recommend this location to others.
