Absolutely horrible service I received a citation they put 2 different dates on my tickets. Was calling for a month to speak with someone each time went to voicemail. And never got a call back. It wasn’t until I had someone else call 2 months later after they issued a warrant and had to put me on 3way to speak with someone. When In court the magistrate was on his phone during my case said I was boring him dismissed me and told to explain everything to the prosecutors who just reschedule a new date. Then they never sent a notice of a new date was talking with the clerk she said she would call back. Never recieve the call I had to call 30 before the closed just to find out they transferred me. The absolute worst justice system.

Judge was super cool. Reduced my charge cause it was over indicted by the officer.

All of the ballifs were also very kind.

Aside from being fined for a ticket, this was not a bad experience at court.

They have a fabulous Finance Director. She had on a spectacular blue blouse with a black skirt and immaculately brushed suede boots. The outfit was well designed and she was stunning in it. They also were able to clear fiscal emergency.

My grass was given a ticket or notice to cut in 48 hours but what they dont tell you is anytime later that summer they will come out and cut your grass without notice and charge you 175 dollars. So today may 13 2019 i was given this notice for only a few dandelions in my front yard and after it has rained for the past week so do i think its unfair yes because my grass is cut every week the city has bigger issues of not having money then to have people out for these petty inspections especially today its 46 degrees and raining shame one whoever is out doing this today.

I was given a traffic ticket by a police officer because I was parked outside of my own residence between the hours of 4 AM and 6 AM even though there is no sign posted on the street.

I still went up to the court to pay the fine . On the ticket it says that you can either pay by cash, credit or by check, so I went up to the court receptionist and she asked how I would be paying and I told her I would be paying cash so I gave her a $20 bill and two singles and I was going to give her three dollars in quarters, she then turns and looks at me and says that we don’t except coins. Im like wow you dont take quarters. Luckily I had my card otherwise I would have had to go back to the ATM and withdraw more money since they don’t take coins.

At the very least this information should be posted on the parking tickets or post it online under the “paying a parking ticket” section on the website.

Worst city to live in Roland walker is a terrible inspector and absolutely does nothing to help or service the community the waste management department is lazy and incompetent they leave trash in yards and rip properly wrapped furniture to avoid having to do there job this city is abismal and a disgrace
