I'd been having an issue with a website I log onto daily. It's been going on for a couple of years, or longer. I'd just had enough, so contacted the site for assistance. Received an e-mail and was invited to do an on-line meet with a rep from Admiral. The rep (Sarah) was extremely knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue in about 15 minutes. I hope to not have further issues, but, if I do, I hope this is the company I can work with to resolve it.

Great company to deal with. Everyone is very knowledgable with their tech. Any issue was solved quickly, usually within a day or two. The customer service is excellent. Account manager always works proactively to find area of improvement and provides excellent suggestions. Overall very happy to work with them.

Nope! These types of companies are at fault or to blame for the rising rage and aggressive internet marketing and ads the world gets bombarded with, along with names like YouTube, Google and so on. You might have skilled people and impressive infrastructure but the goal and purpose of the company is what's wrong with the world and the internet environment today.
