3 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ this is a brand new Casey’s, which did not really put much thought into truckers…. There is only three maybe four truck parking spots and it’s a dirt lot off to the side of the building. And only 2 fuel islands. And right off the bat, I noticed that the squeegee for the windows was broken and garbage next to the fuel island, which of these are so tiny. I have no idea why they can’t just maintain it. When you go inside, it’s pretty much all food food items. Nothing really to Support purchase if you need something for your truck. The restrooms are small, but they were tidy this young lady who works here Kayde was super friendly and helpful. I would actually give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. But I have to review Casey’s. This place is also only open until 11PM and it’s not 24 hours. I can say they were very nice to let us park next to the fuel Island for our 10 hour break see how it is they didn’t have any other parking spots available. There is a few random places you can walk to that’s nearby like Dollar General and it looks like possibly a a bar of some sort. Seeing how it is, they don’t really have much for the trucking world here and the cleanliness near the fuel islands is why this is just an average location.

Only reason it's not a 1 star is because I stop in here whenever I come through and normally it's just ,ok. This morning the guy at the register was very friendly with some of the women customers. But when I got up there he was short bordering rude. Snatched the money out of my hands. Then will having absolutely horrible customer service with me just yells next person to the other register. It was multiple guys behind me. So you can clearly see he picks and chooses who gets decent slash creepy customer service and every one else he has an attitude and horrible customer service with.

Stopped n got some pizzas, place was pretty busy with 1young man working in the kitchen. I wish I had gotten his name, he was extremely polite n quick with doing his job! I would like to point out that he was very apologetic, but there was no need. He did a great job, our pizzas were awesome 👌! We had a pepperoni, a sausage, cheese sticks, n a taco pizza! Young man pumped them out within 30minutes! Thank you n sorry I didn't catch your name, but he needs to be recognized for his respectful n quick service!

Here's the deal, the quality and taste was tremendous. The problem was I paid the extra amount for extra toppings and it was like I donated my money to Casey's. I definitely didn't get the extra hot sausage which was an additional $3.60. I didn't get extra Canadian bacon which was another $3.60. I didn't get extra cheese at $1.85. I didn't get extra pepperoni at $1.85. I won't order a build your own pizza again. Paid over $10 more for extras and they didn't give me what I paid for. Once again the quality and taste was fabulous. I just don't like being ripped off!

We have trucks in the store daily spending thousands of dollars. Today was the most horrible service ever provided by the store manager and assistant. Manager was mad a me for pump being started by the assistant. She had a horrible attitude toward me which made me get frustrated at her. If I didn’t need fuel I would have left and not spent a dime. I was planning to buy food and drinks and decided not too. I don’t like to spend money where I don’t feel appreciated. Very rude today and if ever treated that way again I will not stop again. As I walked away manager complained to other customers about me. Management needs better customer service skills.

Exactly how difficult is it to provide even mediocre customer service and provide windshield cleaning solution and towels👎 we only stop here for flex fuel and NEVER is there any towels or wash fluid! Considering it’s a slow paced store, maybe instead of taking smoke freaks they could provide the service of providing customer service!

Nice Newer Casey’s off I-35. The Store was clean. Unlike the Casey’s back home in Iowa, this location had goji citrus Mountain Dew at the fountain. The Cashier was nice. There is also very good selection here. I hope this Casey’s continues to do well. -Shy_Gun670

I am very very very grateful of the fact that eventhough they were closed, they had a FREE and FUNCTIONING air pump/machine. I had gotten a flat tire and had to put on the spare (which of course was low, because who ever checks them?) tire. I was able to air up it and check the other tires on my car in a CLEAN and WELL LIT area. I was very happy to come across this place at about midnight and I would think someone else would be to if they had a similar situation. Props to everyone who maintains the store and the property. 👍🙂
