Se tardan 2 horas para atender en consulta y si estás enfermo tu enfermedad debe esperar de 2 a 3 semanas para 1 cita disponible

Fue un pésimo servicio por parte de la doctora estoy totalmente decepcionada por el trato que recibí nunca me imaginé que una persona que se supone es estudiada y profesional me tratara así los demás servidores (recepción,enfermeras etc...) muy amables pero la doctora Alba total decepción

The white older white women is so rude and condescending when doing intake paper work. Extremely impatient, nosing and has a condescending judgemental attitude. The service is to provide mothers and babies in need not to make them feel less than. Get another job if you want to feel superior. This is not the place. Anytimes I’ve actually been in the office for a physical appointment the employees treat you fair.

Rosie is the rudest one their. I don’t feel
Comfortable with my child getting pricked , and she was so condensing about it, as a mother if I don’t want my child getting pricked I’m not doing it. She had the nerve to say it’s not gonna draw blood…. Okay so why prick? For fun? It’s to check iron so of course it’s gonna draw blood. When I said I still didn’t feel comfortable she let out the biggest sigh and was like I’m canceling the appointment. ROSIE LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE NICE. It’s not that hard.

There’s maybe ONE person decent there. All the ladies got an attitude for some reason. I’m as respectful as I can be because this program has helped my family and me. But the staff makes it feel like it’s coming out their pocket. I’d suggest a different location.

They keep scheduling us an appointment on Mondays and no one calls us the day before so they turn us away because the “policy and procedure” is someone HAS TO call you and gather information and if you don’t receive a call from a representative they will turn you away and not let you talk to anyone that can set up your benefits. Very unprofessional workers up there! Not helpful they don’t want to go the extra mile for the less fortunate

Rosie is rude, always having an attitude. Honestly, if you are always in a bad mood maybe you shouldn’t be working for a place like barrios unidos ? At least have some compassion when talking to people! Rosie sounds like she hates everyone
