It’s fun and engaging for my daughter even tho she is only 19 months old. She really enjoys learning and with this class it has only excelled that. The coaches are very enthusiastic and remember your child’s name. They really make you feel like family. I would recommend it to anyone.

The experience overall was great, smooth, and informative and didn’t feel pressured for anything. I definitely felt comfortable making a decision based on the information and flexibility from the staff. My son with adhd loved it and even had a few moments where he wanted to give up but the coaches did a great job getting him to push through and he ended up enjoying the overall experience in the end. I will definitely be signing up both my kids.

Kid Strong is so great! My kids work really hard and have a great time. There are so many great skills they are learning. The coaches are great- firm boundaries, but so kind and encouraging and fun. My 7-year-old giggles the whole time, and LOVES it. My 11-year-old is enjoying exercise for the first time!

Our kiddo has achieved so much at Kid Strong! Not only physically, but emotionally and socially. The coaches really hone in on each kid’s strengths in each class and build strong relationships with them and the parents. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, energy-fueled physical activity for their kiddos!

We love the structure this works on for our toddler and the outlet for his energy. Even when we have to take a break we know we want to return because there is so much value in the lessons being taught in each class and the love we feel from the staff.

My little one can’t wait to go back to her KidStrong “ninja class” - she already has friends trying to convince their parents.
I’m just thrilled to find a physically active activity for her that is reinforcing ideas like taking pride in working hard and challenging yourself.
It doesn’t hurt that it’s happening in a program that also encourages and actively promotes skills like critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and cross-patterning with brain development. ?

We've been going to this KidStrong for 2.5 years and my son loves it! It is pricy but worth it. He loves ranking up and he is a "Legend" level 2 now. We will be moving soon but plan to find a KidStrong at our new location.

Kids Strong COS has great coaches and staff. The Owner does an amazing job organizing events outside of classes that involve families and friends of KidStrong as well as that of the local community. We enjoy the time our daughter gets to have in class with other children. They have a motivated coaching staff. Our daughter has been enrolled in classes since before she can walk and she continues to develop and thrive. My only wish is that our membership included two class sessions a week vs once a week/monthly; or that there was an option to enroll our kiddos for at least one more class session each week to establish a better routine for our little one. Otherwise, I can’t say enough about all the benefits KidStrong COS has had on my child. Thanks to all the staff and its Owner, Chris, for working so hard to create and foster a family and community!
