Fun night at the Arboretum The doors open at 7.30 not 7.29. I advise to use google maps for precise location and get there early as seats are on the smaller side. Host was great bar was open what else would you want. Would definitely visit again

Great night at the comedy 🎭 great when up in town in Leicester Square really funny had three stand up comedians on the night. Tickets are at really cheap but they do sell out fast. There’s a small little bar what does a range of drinks. Defo worth a visit when in town will return for sure in the future

Had a fantastic time! I went on a Saturday 30/11/2024 with a few friends, and even though we didn’t know any of the comedians beforehand, the show was great overall.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the comedians who performed weren’t the ones advertised, which was a bit disappointing since we were expecting a different lineup. Also, the chairs aren’t the most comfortable, so keep that in mind.

On the positive side, the service at the mini bar was lovely, very polite and helpful, which added to the experience. I’d definitely go back, we had such a great time, and I haven’t laughed that hard in ages. Thanks for a fun night!

I visited 99 Club Comedy Leicester Square on New Year’s Eve as a visitor from Germany, spending two days in London, and it was an incredible experience! The comedy show was absolutely excellent – the performers had us laughing throughout the evening. The audience was in a fantastic mood, which added to the vibrant atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of London, and the venue offered a great selection of drinks to keep the celebration going. Everything about the night, from the performances to the lively crowd, made it a truly memorable way to ring in the New Year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, entertaining evening in London!

Great show in Piccadilly, kept everyone lounging and each act was on a par. Lovely venue at the Arboretum and more importantly the drinks were well priced!

Enjoyed the comedians and ticket price was great. The chairs were a little tight. Had issues purchasing the tickets on our phones(from the US) but had help from the attendee who let us use his phone to call and purchase.

This is a review for the club only, the three comedians that were on were great.

We decided to go here for the works Christmas do and, for entry, a Christmas meal and a drink it was around £78.00 all in.

Yes, this was slightly expensive, but it's London prices and with everything included it seemed like an okay deal. On arrival we were shown to our seats which felt like they were on the verge of collapse at any point. After about 10 minutes the mains were brought out (no starter although we knew this) and I can honestly say that this was probably the worse Christmas meal I've had since secondary school.

We couldn't identify half the veg on the plate (possibly carrots), the roast potatoes could have done more damage than a brick to the head and the turkey had what I can only assume was runny stuffing inside it (I certainly hope so anyway).

The plates were then swiftly taken away and, after about 40 minutes (some weird timing going on here) something laughably representing pudding was brought out. I can only assume it was pudding as there was a thin layer of something that resembled slightly dry, but runny yellow paint under a square object that tasted of freeze dried (is that a thing) fruit!

When it was mentioned that the food was absolutely atrocious the manager provided two bottles of wine, one red and one white, whilst openly exclaiming that these bottles were £30 a pop. Clearly the manager had never heard of Google as we quickly found out that they were, in fact, £9.00 a pop from a local supermarket chain.

On compeletion of said "gourmet" food everyone was moved to another room so they could pack the chairs away. On entry and behind the bar in this room there appeared to be a young woman wearing a delightful combination of a blue top and scruffy jeans who, and we all agreed on this point, appeared to be groping herself before someone pointed out that there were paying customers in the room.

To top the night off we had friends join us after the meal who purchased tickets on the door - at a wallet/purse busting £14.00 (although I've been informed that this a discounted price on the door, on the night to fill seats - normally they're £20.00 or thereabouts).

So for the worse meal ever tasted and a glass of very cheap plonk we basically paid £64.00....each.

If you want to have a great night by all means visit this comedy club, just save your money and don't eat or drink here!!
